BRINGING BACK AFFORDABILITY

Basic Needs - Earned Privilege + Stocking

To stock with transportation & all essentials

Camping. Boating. Recreation. All access to a sound safe social lifestyle with less hours worked & equivalent pay in your professional & private life

On the water at $20,000-$50,000 for a multi-wake or wake sub with stretch 10-20 year payments people can afford

A Want - Needs balance for Middle Class to Millionaire Affluent lifestyles with few or no impoverished & no poor with no homeless

Work less do more. Equivalent pay. Life is about living long, safely & social experiences then contributions to Earth's history

Greedy opportunists. Greedy old people. Greedy retired or retiring desperados at the expense of a quality of life

Fu*k that. Structure this way instead. Strict rent controls & 1/2 deposited & exit controls

Incomes up. Costs - prices down. Taxes down

Housing is a hybrid Basic Need - Earned Privilege situation

SKI LIFT LIFT SKI PEOPLE

Ski lifts use electric motors to turn the bull wheels, and most also have backup diesel engines for safety. The power and motor can be located at the top or bottom of the chair lift

Here are some things to know about ski lift engines:

Motor type

DC electric motors are the most common, but AC motors are becoming more competitive for smaller chairlifts. DC motors produce more starting torque than AC motors

Power

The power of a ski lift can range from under 7.5 kW (10 hp) for small lifts to more than 750 kW (1000 hp) for large lifts

Efficiency

Some ski lifts have variable frequency drives (VFD) that allow them to operate more efficiently when there are fewer passengers

Weather resistance

Ski lift motors need to be able to withstand the cold temperatures and dry atmospheres of mountain tops

Maintenance

Some ski lifts have motors that can be quickly repaired without opening the roof of the station

Solution

Affix Piston-Punch & cut energy costs to almost free then increase speeds & efficiency

Lower costs + transfers to lower pricing increasing volume of traffic
