This effort instigated the wireless segregation of Canadian & American minors age 0-17 then a controlled selection of EU Coalition countries & territories minors erasing bloodlines in a realistic effort for operating at or with the NB-OT Labs between 2012-2024 & prior to dating back before 1999 & 1993
