Use of PVC piping for a Piston-Punch 3+ Switch Back Air with or without Energy storage options then direct to Pelton conversion & even motor conversion equations in a circular Air Circulation "lung" design 

As air is drained while refilling we switch to a full system of air pressure then air refilled & we switch back between two or more as air recirculated through an inner design with value sequence controls then the outer side involves continual air compression then pressurization in a circular effort with new air added to circulate through some can spin peltons at different rates in different sizes against PZ Taps & additives for increased Energy Yields at the lowest cost then higher cost options integrated as accessories to achieve  

This will run a locomotive on rail as one or more carts stagered between other passenger & cargo carts
