A COLOSSAL FAILURE 

This is where the NB-OT Labs failed miserables. Catskills no. NB-OT Labs instead

Declaring me, Dr Sydney Nicola Bennett a mentally handicap disabilities special needs case as child, teenager then adult all of a sudden in 2012 after failed attempts prior to dating back to 1999 & before 1993 then to 1985

Normal social extrovert & alleged astigmatism yet later proven neuro-injury related with Lasik MD 2018 achieving 20/20 with minimal change from not requiring corrective lenses unless the NB-OT Labs altered vision to sabotage at times leaving blurred vision fluctuations 1990's-2018 / 2018-2024

In 1999 the NB-OT Labs had been desperately looking for a cover & way to justify so by 2004, 2006 & 2009 & again in 2011 they had found Ontario based medical interests going against Persinger-Koslov & others in other Provinces then in the USA

Portfolio development 1980's-2014 continued with the H.I.3 Case investigations where those operating at or with the NB-OT Labs claimed I was to be a mentally disabilities handicap as an excuse to have my body hooked up under their control then state I was to be underdeveloped physically despite having not been as a perfectly normal fully developed person 

The NB-OT Labs caused a neck - spine injury in 2000 & 2003 & others prior to then later between 2012-2024 

Brain damage since 2012. Limb & internal organ damage prior to & post yet healed requiring minor surgical options & physiotherapy 


DISABLED - HANDICAP IN THE FAMILY 

Dating or fu*k marriage partners that reproduced with some family members had strains of DNA hereditary rather than late-onset or trauma based short or long term rather than injury based disability handicaps visible or non-visible 

Psychological - mental or physical + combinations 

No disabilities handicap strains in the Libel-Savage - Stargrat-Bennett or Ouellette family exists yet people those in the main bloodline that dated & or married then had children with others outside the bloodline versus those outside the bloodline that didn't have had different concerns  

Ray Savages step son Victor which was not his DNA like other children had a disability - handicap due to his wifes infidelity as he stated before his 1999 death 

Claudette Savages daughter Lynn & children Mathew & Jessica are amongst suspects operating at & with the NB-OT Labs operating prior to 1999 (Lynn) & post 


THE GLOBAL PUBLIC EX-POH-ZEH

People & groups caught operating at or with the NB-OT Labs & other non-Standardized Labs demanded they are not to be described offline or online yet they are caught brutally raping - torturing + terrorizing & killing people using full body wireless neurological technology equipment 

We have & had to describe as it is recorded & documented as activity at & with the NB-OT Labs between the 1980's-2024
